“KlezFest St. Petersburg 2006” provided the framework for the following concerts:
- Benefit concert for volunteers at the center "Khesed Avraam" — June 19th at the concert hall of the Jewish St. Petersburg Community House
- Grand concert honoring the 10th anniversary of KlezFest — June 21st in Beloselskikh-Belozerskikh Palace
- Hip-Hop-Klezmer party — June 22nd at Red Club
The following performers participated in the concerts:

- Christian Dawid (Berlin)
- Stas Rayko (Hamburg)
- Josh “Socalled” Dolgin (Montreal)
- Psoy Korolenko (Moscow)
- Efim Chorny (Kishinev)
and many others.
After the festival, a group of musicians have traditionally performed concerts in other Russian cities:
- June 25th in Velikiy Novgorod
- June 26th in Tula
